Ellen graduated from the University of Wisconsin - Oshkosh with a bachelor's degree in Science - Psychology. Her emphasis areas included healthcare and business. She also earned a minor in Neuroscience. Elle has a passion for learning and dedicates most of her time to studying holistic health and alternative ways of health. Currently, she is in pursuit of her board certification in Neurofeedback. This additional credentialing will help her refine her expertise and move forward to master qEEG analysis and protocol creation.

Elle has personal experience with biofeedback and neurofeedback. She can attest to each of their benefits in refining peak performance, as both have played a huge role in her mindset toward success and confidence pursuing goals with less worry. Elle is extremely passionate about inspiring others to be their best self. She provides nothing but the most elite care for her patients. In her spare time, you can find her in the mountains with her dog, Watson, or enjoying live music at Red Rocks.

Dr. Russ Birdsall, D.C., C.K.T.P.

Extremity Adjustment Specialist

Dr. Russ Birdsall graduated from Cleveland Chiropractic College in Kansas City with his Bachelor's Degree in Science and a Doctorate of Chiropractic. Throughout his studies, he focused on managing and treating a variety of conditions, including spinal pain, sciatica, headaches, and more. The traditional chiropractic curriculum did not branch too far outside of conditions affecting the spine, so Dr. Birdsall enrolled in additional courses to become proficient in the non-surgical treatment of extremity conditions that many people suffer from, including carpal tunnel, plantar fasciitis, and elbow pain.

Dr. Birdsall is also trained and certified in Golf Injury prevention, as well as being a Certified Kinesio Taping Practicioner. In his free time, Dr. Birdsall spends time with his wife, Audrey, and three amazing children.

Derrick McBride, M.S.A.C.

Derrick McBride earned a Bachelor's degree in Rehabilitation Science before going on to pursue his Master's in Acupuncture from Southwest Acupuncture College in Boulder, Colorado. As a holistic sports medicine practitioner, Derrick combines traditional Chinese medicine with modern, restorative techniques to restore and improve how the body moves. With an extensive list of credentials, including certifications in Fascial Stretch Therapy, Strength and Conditioning, Pathokinesiology, Functional and Selective Functional Momement screening, Derrick is passionate about working with professional and elite athletes to improve musculoskeletal wellness and support injury rehabilitation.

In his free time, Derrick is out putting his clinical expertise to the test. You can find him snowboarding, backpacking, cycling, climbing, skiing, or tackling any other physical barrier that allows him to push his own limits.
